Role: Functional Tester
Job requirement :
 Position : Test engineer
 Experience : 2 to 5 years
 Notice period : 0 to 15 days
 Location: Remote (WFH)
 
Eligibility Criteria
 Strong background knowledge and hands-on experience on manual testing concepts, test case
design techniques, SDLC models, Defect life cycle, etc
 Strong testing skills in Web /Mobile (both native and web) application
 Should have the ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability
matrix, defect reports
 Should have the ability to prepare test summary reports
 Should have prior experience in using popular test management and defect management tools
such as Jira, Zephyr, XRay, TestLink, Fogbugz, TestRail, HP ALM, MS Test Manager, Azure DevOps
etc
 Should have good communication skills and have prior experience in participating in
teleconferences with clients or any other stakeholders
 Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance manual testing
 Monitoring and debugging issues in both staging and production environments
 Manual testing of front-end, API and back-end layers
 Should have quick learning abilities

 Hands-on Test automation, API testing
 Any certifications in testing
Roles & Responsibilities
 Design and develop test plans, test cases
 Execute test cases
 Defect reporting and retesting

 Prepare test data and test environments
 Participate in a conference with clients
 Prepare test summary reports
 Be part of “Proof-of-concept” projects
 Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
 Research and implement Best practices, testing trends, and processes in projects
 Skilled in integrating project testing with continuous integration process.
 Works with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
 Develops and enhances the test infrastructure and continuous integration framework used
across teams.
 Determines testing best practices and principles and promotes them across the organization.
