Technical Manager - Telephony/Contact Center Integration

We are looking for a strong Backend Engineer with deep experience in C# / .NET Core who can build scalable APIs and backend services on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core
• Build and optimize REST APIs
• Work with databases (any DB experience is fine)
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Strong in C#, .NET Core, API development
• Experience working on AWS (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of software design and debugging

Technical Skills Required:

• A graduate in computers or Engineering from a reputed university. 
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft C#.Net technology.
• Hands-on experience in C#, WPF, MVVM architecture
• Knowledge of TCP/IP socket programming is a plus
• Strong in OOPs concept & SQL Server.

Job Summary

• BS/BE/BCA/MSC/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Hands on experience is preferable in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and J2EE internals
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, HTML5, MVC)
• Knowledge on Micro services, Containers / Docker would be added advantage.

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
2 - 5 years of hands-on Software Development experience using the below mentioned Technologies

• Java / J2EE
• EJB, JSF, Servlets
• HTML, HTML5
• SQL server / Oracle
• Json, webservice and etc.

• Involved in entire lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing, and monitoring of issues on the assigned Cleartrip product lines

• Java, Spring Framework preferred
• Solid experience with databases (Oracle/MySQL) – a must
• Excellent OO and design skills
• Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment (Lunt, CruiseControl, etc)
