Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining scalable, distributed, and resilient platform to serve meaningful ads to buyers at the peak traffic (100k requests/second).
• Helping move machine learning models in production to better serve the customers and sellers.
• Working towards moving from huge monolith architecture towards a microservice architecture.
• Increasing systems reliability by incrementally improving SDLC process via Chaos Testing, CI/CD Pipelines with integration tests suite, Monitoring, Capacity.
• Planning AB Testing, Trunk Based Development to ensure increased revenue and cost savings.
• Act as a subject matter expert in one or more technical environments and technologies.
• Create examples, frameworks, standards, guidebooks, or other tooling that enhances the ability of all members of a team, organization, or domain to work consistently.
• Select, design, and/or remediate technology platforms to be resilient to changes in business rules, utilization loads, and/or technology environments, while maintaining short-term focus and delivering concrete business results.
• Architecting, designing and executing migration strategies from existing experiences and services to new infrastructure.
• Project planning and estimating effort for the different phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer science or other related fields with strong fundamental in algorithms, data structures, data modelling, and OOP.
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability.
• 10 to 15 years of experience planning, architecting, designing, developing and delivering software related to platforms at scale.
• Knowledge of AdTech and Programmatic Advertising - AI based Real time bid and auction management platform for advertisers to gain personalized reach to target audiences (Display, Sponsor Search Ads, Product Ads).
• Experience of solutions architecture, technical implementation, and/or delivery experience of enterprise software engagements.
• 8 years' experience with at least two programming languages (Go/ NodeJS/ Java/ Scala/ Python/ C++), data modelling and pub-sub\ queue technologies in designing data-intensive and high traffic applications.
• Deep experience in building consumer facing, large scale, application capable of handling millions of transactions per second with sub-milli second latencies.
• Deep expertise in data-base technologies (Postgres, Elastic Search, Cockroach DB etc).
• Experience in working with multiple web frameworks, encoding formats (JSON/XML/Thrift/Protobuf/etc), transport protocols (GRPC\ RPC\ HTTP\ HTTP2)
• Understanding of NLP and Computer vision.
• Proficiency with TDD & BDD methodology in software development process.
• Proficiency with at least one scripting language (Perl, Python, UNIX Shell Script etc. )
• Familiarity with GIT, Continuous Integration systems (Hudson/Jenkins) & Bug Tracking (Jira) tools.

As a Senior Consultant Analytics, you shall gather, analyze, identify and lead actionable data insights to solve real complex challenges. Your work will directly influence decisions taken to build the most successful web/mobile gaming platform with games played by millions across the world. Responsibilities Leverage complex data algorithms and numerical methods for forecasting, simulation, and predictive analysis, designed to optimize key decisions and metrics such as retention, engagement, and operations. Work with all teams in the company to understand, plan and drive data-based actionable decisions, championing the Data Science culture. Analyze consumer data to drive insight on how to target effectively, retain customers at low cost, and optimize engagement metrics. Develop a reporting process for all KPIs. Recruit, develop and coach talent. Champion awareness of data indicators within the organization and teach everyone to proactively identify data patterns, growth trends, and areas for improvement. Qualifications B.tech or Bachelor degree in Data science. An MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred. 3+ years in Data Science and Analytics execution, with specific experience in all stages - gathering, hygiene, and analysis of data resulting in actionable insights for an end-to-end product, marketing and business operations. Knowledge of advanced analytics including but not limited to Regression, GLMs, survival modeling, predictive analytics, forecasting, machine learning, decision trees etc. Past experience in at least one Statistical and analytic tools or language expertise R, Python, SAS etc.. Expertise in analysis Algorithms, Numerical Methods and Data Tactics used to drive operational excellence, user engagement and retention. Expertise in at least one visualization platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire and Excel. Tableau skills preferred. Advanced SQL is mandatory skills.
