Role Summary
As the Tech Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional engineering squad (Flutter, Backend, QA, and occasionally Data) to deliver secure, scalable product features on predictable timelines. - Strong testing culture using PyTest, Flutter Test, and observability tools (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts).
