Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale machine learning solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in model development, MLOps, backend integration, and scalable ML system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and scale ML models and pipelines to handle large datasets and high-traffic production workloads.
• Perform data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset optimization.
• Develop and integrate APIs for ML model consumption using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Implement end-to-end ML workflows, including experimentation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build scalable data pipelines and processing workflows for batch and real-time use cases.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and system reliability in production.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams to productionize ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience in training, developing, deploying, and scaling ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/Data Science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with API development and backend integration (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Solid understanding of MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines, processing workflows, and monitoring deployed models.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research on For-ex and Com-ex markets, staying abreast of global economic trends, geopolitical events, and commodity market movements.
• Analyze and interpret financial data, charts, and indicators to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market trends and movements.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key market insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assess and analyze the risk associated with potential market movements and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure compliance with established risk parameters.
• Stay informed about relevant news, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact For-ex and Com-ex markets.
• Provide real-time updates on significant market developments.

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• NISM - RA certification
• Should have CMT (Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3) Certification.
• Proven experience (Min. 1 yr) as a Research Analyst in Forex and Comex markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of trading platforms and market analysis tools.

Job Title: Structured Finance Analyst – Energy Transition at AI Platform

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-closing due diligence on structured finance deals, including project finance, securitization, and asset-backed lending in energy transition sectors (solar, wind, battery storage, EV infrastructure).
• Analyze credit structures, collateral quality, and cash flow modeling to independently validate underwriting assumptions and identify key risks.
• Prepare detailed investment analysis reports benchmarking AI-driven diligence results against manual underwriting.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineering teams to refine the underwriting platform through continuous feedback on accuracy, coverage gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in structured finance and renewable energy project finance.
• Participate actively in transaction discussions, providing insightful analysis and contributing to decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of structured finance experience from an investment bank, rating agency, private credit fund, or fintech lender specializing in structured products.
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing structured finance products, including ABS, project finance, or infrastructure debt.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario testing.
• Understanding of credit risk assessment, collateral valuation methodologes, and deal structuring principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a closely related field; CFA Level I or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Create presentations for client portfolios.
