Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and using visual/audio means to facilitate learning.

Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning

Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)

Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.

Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.

Collaborate with other teachers, and parents and participate in meetings as an when required.

Observe and understand students’ behaviour and psyche.

Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

Explaining the concepts in easy and understandable terms to the students.

Using real-life examples to teach geometrical concepts.

Developing students' interest in subjects.

Planning and creating teaching materials.

You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students' progress. Etc.,

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. Role & Responsibilities

• Design Automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency
• Integration of automation suites with tools such as browser stack
  Writing and executing automated tests for new features
• Mentoring the juniors and contributing to peer reviews
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on features and usability as accurately as possible and come up with possible test requirements
• Identify test data requirements and generate required data to support testing
• Completion of the tasks without creating a dependency
• 6 years of experience writing automated tests and frameworks from scratch for automating Mobile App using tools such as XCUITest, Appium, UIAutomator etc. Good exposure in Mobile App Automation testing using any framework
• Experience working on scripting or programming languages (Java, Python) Hands-on experience with TestNG frameworks
• Familiar with agile software development cycles and security testing
• Strong technical and analytical skills; ability to understand complex systems and design tests around integration and interface points
• Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals. Familiarity with tools like postman, Burp suite and mobile app development tools.
