>Core Backend

• Python: Strong proficiency in writing clean, production-level Python code.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support on-site civil engineers and assist the site manager with day-to-day project operations. Concept Trunk Interiors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out projects to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing drawings, calculating material quantities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior works such as furniture, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and electrical works.

* Analyze interior drawings and specifications to estimate project costs.

* Conduct material quantity take-offs from design drawings.
