Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lead Product Manager with expertise in Auto-Tech (e.g., Spinny, Cars24, Acko, PolicyBazaar, Park+). The ideal candidate will focus on user retention, increasing app engagement, and scaling our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

User Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain users, increase session lengths, and improve app engagement.

Data-Driven Insights: Conduct user behavior analysis and leverage insights to drive product improvements.

UX Optimization: Lead UX enhancements and A/B testing to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product teams to achieve strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and alignment on product objectives.

1. Job Overview: The position requires a dynamic Sales and Marketing Engineer with experience in BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS Project Sales. The role involves driving sales, building client

relationships, and promoting BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS to achieve business objectives.

2. Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

 Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for BUILDING

AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry segments.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

Client Engagement:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.

 Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored BUILDING AUTOMATION

SOLUTIONS

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of offerings.

Technical Expertise:

 Possess in-depth technical knowledge of BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS & ELV systems.

 Provide technical support to clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

 Stay abreast of industry trends to position solutions competitively.

Market Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

 Analyze customer feedback and market dynamics to enhance product offerings.

3. Qualifications:

 Bachelor& degree in Instrumentational / Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

 Proven experience in sales and marketing of BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Strong technical understanding of HVAC and BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Key Skills:

 Automation Sales BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS/ELV /Project Sales

Additional Skills:

 Automation Products/Project Knowledge.

-Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications.

-Integrating Payment Gateway, POS & Loyalty systems (such as Freedom Pay, Card Connect, Auth.net, Square, Oracle, Olo, NCR, Clover, Deliverer, etc. if applicable).

-Having experience with Svelte and Azure Cosmos DB is a plus.

-Using .NET Core/MVC, MSSQL, Angular 8+, and Web API.

-Designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.

-Building and consuming J SON-based ASP.NET Web API services.

-Executing patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including designing, developing, and testing web applications with .NET, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.

-May lead the work of others and provide ideas to enhance software applications.

-Applying software design and development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and Object-Oriented Development.

-Familiarity with ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework.

-Participating in architectural meetings and analyzing technical requirements for .NET applications.

-Managing source code with Git, including Git Flow Workflow.

-Implementing enterprise application patterns.

-Paying attention to details and having excellent organizational skills.

-Possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members. Taking lead on projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of 2-5 years in building backend services using languages like NodeJs, Java etc
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, Node.Js, Python, and operating systems may be required.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Sound knowledge on source control and DevOps

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Java development

• Experience delivering Services (REST, SOAP) and Web applications in Micro services architecture

• Experience in TDD using Junit or similar frameworks
