Title: Managing Consultant

Objective

  • Lead the OFSAA ERM and EPM team
  • Experience of leading large projects with multiple teams, applications and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue target for the OFSAA CoE
  • Own all the OFSAA related deliveries across different region
  • Be responsible for responding to the RFPs and growth of the Client’s OFSAA footprint across different regions
  • Work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them
  • Work with other business analysts (e.g., Operations, change management team) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing
  • Ensure a continuous learning and growth curve for the team members on various domain / technology related subjects
  • Grow the team by following a continuous training cycle. Upgrade the training agenda and curriculum to reflect the latest OFSAA versions

 

Essential competencies

  • Prior experience of working with global financial institution in Regulatory/ Risk functions
  • Basic understanding of Basel regulations, Finance and Accounting, Investment banking, Retail Banking
  • Proficiency with Oracle SQL
  • SDLC and IT BA experience is mandatory
