Objective
- Lead the OFSAA ERM and EPM team
- Experience of leading large projects with multiple teams, applications and stakeholders
- Expected to lead work-steams and also lead the Client OFSAA CoE
- Should have the pre-sales expertise to handle large and complicated RFPs
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue target for the OFSAA CoE
- Own all the OFSAA related deliveries across different region
- Be responsible for responding to the RFPs and growth of the Client’s OFSAA footprint across different regions
- Work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them
- Work with other business analysts (e.g., Operations, change management team) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing
- Ensure a continuous learning and growth curve for the team members on various domain / technology related subjects
- Grow the team by following a continuous training cycle. Upgrade the training agenda and curriculum to reflect the latest OFSAA versions
Essential competencies
- Prior experience of working with global financial institution in Regulatory/ Risk functions
- Basic understanding of Basel regulations, Finance and Accounting, Investment banking, Retail Banking
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL
- SDLC and IT BA experience is mandatory
Qualifications and relevant experience
- Relevant experience of 12-18 Years
- Preferred Educational Qualification –MBA
- Preferred professional certification like FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), CFA etc.

Technical Expertise
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated experience implementing and administering ServiceNow SAMPro in enterprise environments.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) is highly preferred.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher is a strong plus.
Licensing Knowledge: Deep understanding of complex vendor licensing models (e.g., Per Core, Named User, Concurrent, Processor-based) and cloud licensing structures (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).

Role Summary:
The Robotics Process Automation Senior Developer is responsible for designing and coding the automation process components. The RPA Senior developer develops the automation design to ensure it meets the specifications.
