Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day technical and sales engineering support to sales team during presales situations
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos for prospective customers
- Implement and deliver custom demos when necessary for specific prospective customers
- Capture customer-specific requirements for customizations and 3rd party software (API) integrations required to deliver full solution into a documented Statement of Work (SoW) based on a standard template, to assist sales team to close deals
