Junior Recruiter (IT)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

DevCare Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities to support IT hiring requirements. DevCare provides IT staffing and digital technology solutions across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand IT job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of Boolean Search and resume sourcing.
• Ability to understand IT job requirements quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
