Junior Recruiter (IT)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

DevCare Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities to support IT hiring requirements. DevCare provides IT staffing and digital technology solutions across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand IT job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of IT recruitment experience with basic understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
• Good knowledge of Boolean Search, resume sourcing and recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri/Resdex and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to quickly understand IT job requirements and identify relevant technical profiles.
• Basic understanding of US visa statuses, W2/C2C/1099 and candidate screening parameters such as rate, location and availability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
• Good organizational, coordination and follow-up skills throughout the recruitment process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
