Conduct meetings and give product demonstration to the CXO level/ key decision makers of the prospective clients -

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

- Research and build relationships with new clients - Plan approaches and pitches

- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately - Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner

- Willing to travel anywhere in India, if required

- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients

. - Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports. - Carry a comfortable back pack of demo kit for demonstration weighng upto 3 kgs.

Requiements/ Qualification:

- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

- Confident speaker and aility to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality 2 sought in candidates.

- Candidates with proven work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc (preferred)

- MBA (sales and Marketing would be preferred) with 1-2 years experience

- Must have 2 wheeler. Industry: IT-Hardware & Networking/ access control/ automation

Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

● Fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit

Job Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key insights into business performance.
• Create and maintain complex Power BI data models, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and data refresh schedules to ensure consistent performance.
• Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriate audience through role-based access.
• Continuously improve the usability, interactivity, and performance of reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage.

Work Mode: 

• 2 to 3 days a month will be work from client office in Gurugram/Hyderabad
• Preferred Location - Gurugram/Hyderabad. 
• For other locations, candidate should be willing to travel to Gurugram/Hyderabad for a few days every month.
