Linux devise drivers Developer in Linux kernel envernivement

Skills: Device drivers, Linux kernel, Linux device drivers, U-boot, Scripting Like Shell Python and Yacto envernovelment

2-5 years of experience in embedded software development.

Software background, experience in design, development, integration & test of embedded software for mobile targets is a plus

Strong C programming Skills

Experience in Device Drivers Development and Kernel Programming required.

Experience in BSP (board support package)

Sound Operating system knowledge

Hands-on experience with debugging and SW optimization is a must

Power SW optimization would be plus ( Like Linux/Windows or any other RTOS)

Position Title: Embedded Software Developer (Linux Driver Development)

Experience: 4 - 10 Years

Mode of Hire: Permanent, Deployed at Client Location.

Work Location: Hyderabad

What we are looking for?

Must Have:

• Should have strong proficiency in C, C++ and Embedded Systems (embedded C)
• Should have 4+ years of experience in Linux Driver Development, Application development
• Excellent debugging skills at kernel and user space and exposure to different debugging tools
• High level understanding of ARM & RISC (Instructions) OR MB Processor and Assembly Programming

Good to Have:

• Any Driver development exposure in Multimedia, Exposure to any one of the Linux Kernel Framework (Display, Camera Drivers, HDMI, GPU, MIPI, DRM framework, V4L2, etc.)

Experience in Camera ISP pipeline 

• Experience on Image Signal Processing techniques, image quality metrics, measurement techniques, and optimizations.
• Familiarity with image quality test programs 
• 3A algorithm improvement and troubleshooting 
• Knowledge of 3A algorithms, tuning experiences 
• Experience in Camera HAL 
• Experience in Camera Framework and Camera 2.0 API 
• Experience in Camera Device Drivers 
• Familiarity with ISP and Image Quality 
• Experience with Bringup of Camera Sensor on Any of chipset (QCOM, MTK)
• Strong knowledge of Linux Android Camera Stack. 
• Strong knowledge of Camera Application architecture in Android

Minimum Qualifications 

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA Computer Science or related fields 
• 2+ years Software Development Experience 
• 2+ years of experience with Imaging and Camera development, Programming Language such as C, C++, Python, etc
