Job Description 

Senior Software Engineer specialized in React Native requires detailing the 

responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and other attributes. 

 We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer 

specializing in React Native to join our dynamic team.​

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application 

development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric applications 

for both iOS and Android platforms.​

 As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the full development 

lifecycle of our applications, from concept to deployment and beyond. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Design and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable mobile applications 

using React Native.​

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, back-end 

developers, product managers) to define, design, and ship new features.​

 Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization, adhering to best 

practices in coding standards and software design.​

 Participate in full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, 

system testing and change management.​

 Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.​

 Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve issues within the mobile applications.​

 Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, frameworks, and best 

practices in mobile development.​

 Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance 

overall performance of the products.​

 Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing 

efforts. 

Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.​

 3-4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, 

with a strong focus on React Native.​

 Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality mobile 

applications on both iOS and Android platforms.​

 Deep understanding of React Native and its core principles, along with a 

proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.​

 Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).​

 Familiarity with Advance topic like RN bridging and integration of native 

module ( Swift and Kotlin)​

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect React Native applications to back-

end services.​

 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web 

Token.​

 Understanding of mobile app design guidelines (iOS Human Interface 

Guidelines and Material Design).​

 Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.​

 Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. 

Educational Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer (Backend-Python), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products. You would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology and deploying web/mobile applications.

• Contribute to discussion on software
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshooting to ensure uptime for live systems

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier
• Prior 2-7 years of experience in back-end development (Python/ Django/ Golang) in a start-up or a dynamic work
• Good exposure in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance
• Understanding of asyncio and eventloop/ uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks such as Quart/ Fastapi/ Starlette is
• Knowledge of AWS; Caching technologies like Redis, Memcache; ELK; mySQL Databases, etc.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Be part of the customer success team and own a process in user onboarding journey

• Own the Revenue Operations end-to-end for our Customers; helping out Customers from post-sales to program onboarding.

• Ensure good customer experience and execute a feedback loop to improve the related processes

• Understand Crio’s product offerings and customer acquisition process

• Organize and manage work and report progress with CRM/Spreadsheets

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (optional)

• 1+ years exp of customer handling roles preferred

• Motivation and drive to learn and grow in career

• Problem solving skills to handle work scenarios, take decisions and manage the work in a time effective manner
