Role Overview

We’re seeking skilled Blockchain Developers with 1–7 years of experience to build decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and scalable blockchain solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Build and maintain blockchain protocols and architectures
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing applications and APIs
• Conduct research on emerging blockchain frameworks, tools, and trends
• Collaborate with product managers and clients to define blockchain use cases
• Perform testing, debugging, and audits of smart contracts and blockchain code

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Solidity (Ethereum), Rust, or Go for blockchain development
• Experience with blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, or similar)
• Knowledge of smart contract security and best practices
• Familiarity with cryptography, consensus algorithms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of dApp architecture, APIs, and blockchain integration

Education

Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript and Databases.
• At least 1 year hands-on in TypeScript .
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge developing scalable and highly-available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies
• Practical experience with GraphQL.
• Experience in working with AWS platform and its core services like Lambda, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation, CDK, SQS, S3 etc., or its equivalent Azure services
• Hands-on working experience in front-end applications development with HTML, CSS, Node JS with strong working experience in backend technologies Java, TypeScript and JavaScript programming languages.
• Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers , Kubernetes.
• Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
• Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)
• Experience on DevOps ways of working with good understanding on CI/CD and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem
• Hands on experience with both SQL and No-SQL databases.
• More than 3 years proven experience in developing high volume scalable cloud solutions utilizing platforms like Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues include but not limited to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin and Kafka

• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred

• Proven software development experience
• Proven working experience in Android
• Strong Java OOPs concepts and design patterns understanding

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant micro-services based applications for the company. Using Node Js, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSql, JWT, Cassandra, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Rabbitmq, Redis, Middlewares, CDN, Elasticsearch, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional and enterprise level product.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant backend architectures & applications for the company.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, Data, UX, QA, etc.) on planning and execution.
• Communicate, collaborate and lead the work & team effectively across distributed features
• Owning and working end-to-end on application – from system (server, deployment, configuration management) to back end (container, application, and database).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.

• Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience in troubleshooting server performance memory issues, GC tuning, resource leaks, etc.
