Job Title: Head - Demand Generation

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Demand Generation to lead and scale our revenue growth efforts through integrated inside sales and digital marketing initiatives. This leader will build and execute a high-performance demand generation engine across channels—owning strategy, execution, team building, and alignment across sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of B2B sales leadership, digital marketing acumen, and a data-driven growth mindset to drive predictable and scalable pipeline generation.

 


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership (Inside Sales Focus)


  • Lead, coach, and scale the inside sales team to consistently exceed qualified pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Design and implement high-conversion sales playbooks and engagement workflows.
  • Define, monitor, and refine key KPIs.
  • Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies, including SDR cadences and nurturing paths.
  • Align closely with marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
  • Manage key client relationships and resolve escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Digital Marketing & Demand Generation


  • Own the demand generation roadmap across SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and social media.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
  • Build and grow the company’s brand presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Ensure website is optimized for SEO, performance, and conversion.
  • Oversee creation of high-impact marketing content—brochures, case studies, blogs, email templates, etc.
  • Track and analyze funnel performance across channels, using insights to continuously iterate.


Strategic Alignment & Team Leadership


  • Lead cross-functional alignment between marketing, inside sales, product, and customer success.
  • Own demand planning, campaign calendar, and marketing-sales pipeline alignment.
  • Run weekly/monthly performance reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and build high-performing teams in both sales and marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and inside sales; at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale inside sales teams and generate pipeline in complex B2B environments.
  • Proven success with performance-based digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn and Google.
  • Strong analytical mindset; fluent in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM-based campaign execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the SaaS, IT services, or technology industry.
