Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust database solutions including

  • Security, backup and recovery

  • Performance, scalability, monitoring and tuning,

  • Data management and capacity planning,

  • Planning, and implementing failover between database instances.

• Create data architecture strategies for each subject area of the enterprise data model.

• Communicate plans, status and issues to higher management levels.

• Collaborate with the business, architects and other IT organizations to plan a data strategy, sharing important information related to database concerns and constrains

• Produce all project data architecture deliverables..

• Create and maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of data analysis, business principles, and operations

• Software architecture and design Network design and implementation

• Data visualization, data migration and data modelling

• Relational database management systems

• DBMS software, including SQL Server  

• Database and cloud computing design, architectures and data lakes

• Information management and data processing on multiple platforms 

• Agile methodologies and enterprise resource planning implementation

• Demonstrate database technical functionality, such as performance tuning, backup and recovery, monitoring.

• Excellent skills with advanced features such as database encryption, replication, partitioning, etc.

• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skill.

Strong Consumer Psychology / Conversion Strategy / D2C Growth Strategy Profiles (Health & Wellness / Consumer Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 7+ years of experience in content communication strategy to drive conversions across digital platforms (website, ads copy) preferrably for D2C brand

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Hands-on experience in applying consumer psychology to drive conversions (persona building, behavioral targeting, messaging frameworks)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong exposure to Meta & Google Ads (strategy level) with ability to analyze CTR, CVR, CAC and funnel performance

Mandatory (Experience 4): Proven experience in funnel optimization / CRO across landing pages, website journeys, CRM (WhatsApp / Email), and assisted sales funnels

Mandatory (Experience 5): Strong Experience in competitive intelligence and Market analysis (tracking competitor ads, messaging, offers, and deriving actionable insights)

Mandatory (Experience 6) : Experience working closely with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence messaging, creatives, and customer journey

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong understanding of Indian consumer psychology and buying behavior

Mandatory (Skill 2): Ability to connect data with psychological insights and drive conversion decisions

Mandatory (Domain): Must have prior experience working with D2C / consumer brands; experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle categories is strongly preferred

Job Description:

Expert in Collibra for implementation of Governance workflow, data cataloguing, data lineage, integrations, data assets etc.

Well versed with Message events

Understand Data modelling and have good knowledge in other areas of data governance.

Setting up Collibra on cloud (preferred) and on onprem

Must have understanding on defining data policy and standard

Collibra certified

Strong Knowledge on Databases

Knowledge of Insurance/Claims domain would be good to have
