Responsibilities

Key Competencies:

• 5-8 Years of relevant experience in front-end development.
• At least 5-4 years of working experience with the React ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, DOM, Browser API’s and ES6 Features.
• Strong Knowledge of State Management with React and relevant workflows.
• Good Understanding of Modern frontend workflows with NPM, Webpack, Babel etc.
• Knowledge of modern programming paradigms like functional and reactive programming.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks including Chai, Mocha and Sinon or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Research and Development: Conduct research in AI areas relevant to the company's goals, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems. Explore new algorithms and methodologies to solve complex problems.

Algorithm Design and Implementation: Design and implement AI algorithms and models, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and computational efficiency. Use programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ to develop prototype solutions.

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns. Preprocess data and engineer features to prepare it for training AI models. Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights.

Experimentation and Evaluation: Design experiments to evaluate the performance of AI algorithms and models. Conduct thorough evaluations and analyze results to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Iterate on algorithms based on empirical findings.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into our products and services. Communicate research findings, technical concepts, and project updates effectively to stakeholders.

• Play an integral part in managing E-commerce project and planned website release from inception to completion
• Shift our current Shopify website to magento
• Create accurate development and support tickets and instruct and manage the relationship with the external development team.
• Work closely with our Ecommerce platform provider on areas such as site performance, site speed, infrastructure, and new product releases.
• Working with website monitoring and testing tools to ensure the website is performing optimally at all times.
• Work with Business Units to develop Ecommerce digital plans to improve conversion from all key channels
• In depth knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS & JS

1. Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
2. Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
3. Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
4. Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
5. Write high-quality product descriptions and provide supporting content
6. Work on creating graphics and social media content designs for the brand
7. All designs are to be made on canva.

Requirements

• Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
• Familiarity with keyword research
• Experience with social media and content marketing

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation and submission of profiles.
• Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
• Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.  
• Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
• Submitting quality candidates to our US talent acquisition team with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
• Responsible for achieving the hiring needs.
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.com.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.

LOCATION: Remote (Pan India) & In-Office-Jaipur, India

SHIFT TIMINGS: 

• 5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST 
• 6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST (during daylight saving)
