ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer who will work under guidance to support data engineering tasks, perform basic coding, and actively learn modern data platforms and tools. The ideal candidate should have foundational SQL knowledge, basic exposure to Databricks. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow into full data engineering responsibilities while contributing to data pipeline operations and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities-

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows under mentorship.
• Write basic SQL queries, transformations, and assist with Databricks notebook tasks.
• Help troubleshoot data issues and contribute to ensuring pipeline reliability.
• Work with senior engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver small tasks.
• Assist in maintaining documentation, data dictionaries, and process notes.
• Learn and apply data engineering best practices, coding standards, and cloud fundamentals.
• Support basic tasks related to Power BI data preparation or integrations as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Foundational SQL skills with the ability to write and understand basic queries.
• Basic exposure to Databricks, data transformation concepts, or similar data tools.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data structures, and analytical workflows.
• Eagerness to learn modern data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to work under guidance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with senior engineers and analysts.

Your duties include

• Database development using T-SQL on MS SQL Server
• API Development using ASP.Net WEB API and C#
• R & D for available solutions and 3rd party API integrations
• Comparative Analysis of different approaches and finding optimal solutions
• Supporting existing applications in SQL, ASP.NET WEB API, C#, Angular or TypeScript

SKILLS

• Should have hands-on Experience in .NET Core, Asp.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server with Good Communication skills.
• Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
• Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
• Analyse, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications
• Help define project plans requiring software development and hardware installations
• Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development
• Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required.
• If the candidate has experience in MVC / Angular / Azure / Xamarin, it would be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer engineering or relevant field
Students working towards their degree and with sufficient experience will be considered.
Qualifications-BCA, BE/B.Tech(Information Science/Technology (IS/IT)), MCA, ME/M.Tech(Information Science/Technology)

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
• Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas
• Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition
• Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
• This role is 50/50 conceptualizing and executing. You must be able to not only ideate and pitch your own create concepts to your peers and management, but also work with a team to execute others’ ideas when needed.
  
  Collaborate as part of a small, agile video team producing original video content for digital platforms from script to shoot to edit and delivery.
  
  Create content for social channels, with a clear understanding of how users engage with social creative across formats and platforms.
  
  Develop best practices and expertise around creating, publishing and distributing videos specific to various digital platforms, and train teammates in those best practices.
  
  Qualifications / Skills :
  
  5+ years of experience in a creative agency, production company, or in-house at a brand pitching and editing video content for social and digital channels.
  
  Should have a proven track record of creating content for a company/ Individual.
  
  Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to manage your own time.
  
  Can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture. Cut your own way through ambiguity and engaging management smartly when needed.

2-5 years of industry experience in MIS reports
