Role & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Visual/UI Designer Profile with experience across UI, illustration, Motion, 3D Design
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in Visual Design / UI Design / Motion Design / Creative Design roles
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have worked on consumer-facing digital products/apps/web platforms with high-quality visual experiences (App preferred)
• Mandatory (Skill 1 - Visual Design): Strong expertise in Visual Design fundamentals — typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, hierarchy, lighting, shadows, and depth.
• Mandatory (Skill 2 - Motion Design): Must have hands-on experience in Motion Design / Animation including interaction motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling through motion
• Mandatory (Skill 3 - illustration Design): Must have strong Illustration capabilities across 2D/3D, abstract/literal styles, and brand-led visual systems
• Mandatory (Skill 4 - 3D): Must have strong knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for creating premium visual assets
• Mandatory (Skill 5 - UI Design): Must be capable of creating pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs for mobile products
• Mandatory (Skill 6 - Ai): Must have practical experience using AI tools in design workflows for ideation, prototyping, asset generation, or workflow acceleration while maintaining originality
• Mandatory (Tools): Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), along with 3D tools
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio is mandatory and must showcase UI Design, Motion Design, Illustration, and 3D work samples (Variety work is required)
• Mandatory (Company): B2C Digital Products Companies
• Preferred (Education 1): Design education from Tier 1 college
• Preferred (Experience 2): Prior experience building multi-brand visual systems or working across multiple products simultaneously.

Generative AI System Design

• Architect and implement end-to-end LLM-powered applications
• Build scalable RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking)
• Design and implement agent-based workflows (tool calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration)
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, along with open-source models
• Implement structured output validation, grounding strategies, and hallucination mitigation
• Optimize inference cost, latency, and token efficiency
• Design evaluation pipelines for performance, accuracy, and safety

2️⃣ Backend & Microservices Engineering

• Design scalable backend systems using Python
• Build REST and async APIs using FastAPI / Django
• Architect and implement microservices with clear service boundaries
• Implement service-to-service communication (REST, gRPC, event-driven messaging)
• Work with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
• Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Implement caching strategies (Redis)
• Build observability: logging, monitoring, distributed tracing

3️⃣ Cloud-Native Architecture & DevOps

• Design and deploy containerized services using Docker
• Orchestrate services using Kubernetes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure system scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance
• Apply distributed systems principles:
• Circuit breakers
• API gateway patterns
• Load balancing
• Horizontal scaling
• Saga patterns
• Zero-downtime deployments

Role:

Responsible for handling sales, distributors, and market growth in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets
• Manage distributors and retailers
• Expand new shops/outlets
• Ensure product availability in market
• Monitor competitor activity
• Handle sales team (if any)
• Submit sales reports

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 3–7 years sales experience (footwear/apparel/FMCG)
• Good communication and leadership skills

-Generating sales of business Loan Product

.-Sourcing business through open market through different channels

.-Present loan options and terms to customers, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

-Provide accurate and comprehensive information on interest rates, repayment terms, and associated fees

.-Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.-Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion business loan programs.

-Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals

.-Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Hands-on experience in working with Android Studio, Visual Studio & Xamarin.Forms.

Hands-on experience in creating user interface using Xamarin.Forms, Android SDK & iOS SDK for designing UI using XAML with various layouts and controls.

Hands-on experience required on MVVM.​

Hands-on experience in developing Xamarin.Forms Custom Renderers, Data Binding, Effects,Gustures, Sliders, List views, Buttons, Styles, Check boxes, Date Pickers, Webview and Dependency Service.

Need Good Knowledge on data storage options using SQLite Database, Shared Preferences and Content Provider In Xamarin.Forms & Android.

Hands-on experience  in Server integration technologies including web services RESTful APIs.

Need Good Knowledge in integrating Google Play Services, Google Maps API and Google

         Cloud Messaging.

Need Good Knowledge with Push Notification Implementation in Xamarin.Android by Firebase.

Working experience  required on developing  the applications and testing them on Emulators, mobiles and tablets.

Proficient in generating Android .APK & iOS .IPA files deploying to the Playstore and App Store.

• 2-7 years of experience in Mobile application development domain
• A minimum 2 years of React native production level dev experience
• At least 2 React native published apps
• A firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• An expert level knowledge of React Native, Redux, Rx & related stack
• An excellent knowledge of Tools
• Some native Android & iOS development experience (preferable)
