Role & Responsibilities :

•Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring Needs

•Design and update job description

•Source potential candidates from various online channels( Social Media and Professional Platforms)

•Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

•Interview candidates ( via Phones, video and in - person)

•Advertise Job openings on the company's careers page & social media

•Share Job offers email and addresses queries about compensations & Benefits.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter

Familiarity with application tracking systems and resumes Database.

Experience with sourcing techniques

Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skills
