At Kitchen Spurs, the Catalog Lead owns how brands show up on Swiggy and Zomato. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, ensuring menus are not just updated, but positioned to convert, scale, and drive contribution margins.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end catalog management across Swiggy, Zomato, and POS systems
- Lead and manage a team of catalog executives/interns, ensuring accuracy, speed, and accountability
- Ensure menu accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates across all outlets
- Drive menu structuring, naming, tagging, and categorisation for better discoverability
- Execute and review image uploads, tagging, and optimisation as per platform guidelines
- Identify gaps in menu mix using data and competitor benchmarking
- Work closely with Client Success team to implement growth-driven catalog changes
- Manage bulk updates, pricing changes, combos, and add-ons efficiently
- Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all catalog workflows
- Allocate tasks, manage team bandwidth, and ensure TAT adherence
- Act as the backend execution engine for marketplace operations
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, marketplace ops, or F&B backend roles
- Experience in agency or marketplace ops, managing multiple clients with ownership over execution and retention
- Strong understanding of food menu positioning & pairings
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members or interns
- High attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets/Computer tools/AI tools for bulk actions and tracking

- Coordinating between clients & warehouses/respective teams to ensure smooth delivery of customised gifting orders - personal or corporate.

- Keep up to date with industry techniques for SEO and content marketing
- To analyze product pricing vs our competitors on an ongoing basis and make pricing adjustments
