Job Description:
- Coordinating between clients & warehouses/respective teams to ensure smooth delivery of customised gifting orders - personal or corporate.
- Plan for and manage inventory across all channels - e-commerce, retail & third party portals.
- Work on gifting catalogue, client leads and end to end customer servicing
- Showcases leadership qualities, is focused, self motivated & punctual.
- Displays ownership and fulfils projects within timelines
- Locate new vendors and have innovative ideas for gifting
- Work in tandem with all teams within the organisation to ensure smooth functioning of the requirements
- Work on multiple projects at once and is able to meet set deadlines.
- Willing to travel to store locations within and even outside the city if required to set up gifting items at retail stores and participate in visual merchandising.

- his role requires someone who will be responsible for executing and managing all activities related to product cataloging & pricing, ensuring all product details and prices on the platform are correct and updated
- The individual should have a sound understanding of Vendor Management, Operations, Attributes of the catalog, Category Knowledge.
- Ensuring an error free output & 0% escalations.
- Maintaining categorization of the products on the platform, Updating product information, including images and prices
- Uploading inventory stock positions Operational & co-ordination activities related to the catalog
- Manage Adhoc requests from Category and other internal teams and resolve them within a Specific TAT
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last-minute requests.
- Creation of vendors codes and Entering vendor details in the system. Setting up SKUs on the system. Assisting merchant team with required documentation with other functions and vendors.
- Perform a variety of tasks in populating/procuring content for the product catalog from vendors. Engage with vendors to get product information as per the defined templates of attributes and images. The work includes content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting/coordinating with vendor/manufacturers, conducting QC, identifying and correcting errors, maintaining records of work received and work performed.
Desired background
- 2-5 years of work experience in Catalogue operations.
- Should have prior experience with E-Commerce & handled external partners.
- Proficient in all MS Office, sound verbal & written communication
- A passion for always exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
- Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines.
- Ability to follow the process - can follow SOPs consistently and quality check own work. Detail oriented.

What you will do:
- Creating and updating the listing on all the platforms
- Coordinating with Marketplace teams to set up and manage promotions (deals and price offs) for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc
- Setting up deals, opting in to relevant deals (on FK)
- Following up on confirmation of promotions
- Checking execution and performance of promotion
- Checking Debit Notes received against promotions
- Working with Stock Manager to ensure healthy inventory metrics on B2C Marketplaces
- Working with team members to ensure timely delivery of shipments to B2B Marketplace warehouses
- Working with team members to ensure timely payment from B2B Marketplaces
- Reviewing of Influencer program
- Working with the content team to develop and update content for product listings
- Maintaining properties such as Brand Pages
- Coordinating with the Content team and Marketplace teams to develop creatives for promotions
- Investigating and resolving of content related issues
