• Role: Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation (3–4 yrs)

• Location: Bengaluru

• Type: Full-time

What you’ll do

• Build & maintain automation with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or equivalent

• Super-charge coverage using AI-powered tools

• Create, run and optimize manual, API (Postman/Rest Assured) and database (SQL) tests

• Triage results, file defects in Jira, and drive them to closure What you bring

• 3–4 years’ hands-on automation experience

• Strong with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium/Cypress and one scripting language (JS/TS, Python or Java)

• Familiarity with AI-based testing platforms

• Solid API testing & SQL skills; sound grasp of STLC and defect management

• Clear communicator with sharp analytical instincts

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness.

Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for the development team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure successful project execution.

The JD is as below:

Onboarding customers, collecting all the required documents, executing agreements etc

We are looking for skilled Full stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our server-side application logic using Python and related frameworks. As a full-stack developer, you will work closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and project managers to develop scalable and reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining server-side application logic using Python and related frameworks

Designing and implementing APIs and web services using RESTful principles

Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Designing and implementing efficient database schemas and queries

Developing and maintaining automated testing and deployment pipelines

Ensuring high performance and scalability of software applications

Having knowledge of Node.js will be added advantage

Troubleshooting and debugging software issues

Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development

Requirements:

Strong experience with Python and related frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Pyramid

Proficient understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

As an Application Engineer, you will work with our Application Engineering team on designing and developing web applications. 

More specifically, you might:

• Collaborate with the business analysts and technical managers to understand functional, non-functional requirements, and scope.
• Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high performance, and scalable solutions
• Involve in building world class and robust solutions by applying benchmarking software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Lead cross functional agile teams across the software development lifecycle
• Analyse design alternatives using proof-of-concepts, and engage with architects to choose the best optimal solutions
• Obsess about writing high-quality code and performing reviews of the design and code.
• Interact and collaborate with project/program managers to estimate, plan, and reduce technical concerns at the module or project level.
• Ideate with your peers. Being supportive of their work and providing constructive feedback on their solutions

What do we expect? 

• 4+ years of experience
• Experience in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications.
• A desire to write clean yet simple programs using Java / .Net core / Python with Django or Flask
• Keen interest in creating web servers using Node.js / Nginx
• A passion to store, organize, and process information by using database technologies - MySQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Experience in creating and designing test cases using Junit/ Selenium
• Exposure to Cloud environments - AWS / Azure / GCP
• Good understanding of working with API design and development

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby / RoR
  • Experience with data files processing (xls, csv, json, xls, text: 834, NACHA, segments)
  • Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with Git
  • Good written and spoken English (Intermediate and higher)
  • Experience deploying Rails applications
  • RESTful API, JSON API

Will be a plus:
• Experience working with Unit and Integration Testing (Rspec, Capybara)
• Experience of integration with 3rd party systems and services and cloud technologies ( AWS stack: EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Experience with RuboCop, JSHint/JSLint
