Duties and responsbilities Providing functional guidance to the team in designing and developing world-class courses Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in planning and executing course releases Ensuring the team follows the content development process, writing standards, template guidelines, and productivity metrics during course development Bridging skill gaps in the team through training and review feedback Innovating our product offerings to continuously enhance the learner experience Desired skills Mastery of Instructional Design principles and best practices Proficiency in designing and developing blended-learning courses on, both, tech and non-tech subjects Proficiency in planning development schedules for course delivery Proficiency in allocating resources, monitoring task progress, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and upskilling resources Knowledge of or experience working in an Agile environment is an added advantage
