Hiring: Databricks Data Engineer – Lakeflow | Streaming | DBSQL | Data Intelligence

We are looking for a Databricks Data Engineer to build reliable, scalable, and governed data pipelines powering analytics, operational reporting, and the Data Intelligence Layer.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build optimized batch pipelines using Delta Lake (partitioning, OPTIMIZE, Z-ORDER, VACUUM)
• Implement incremental ingestion using Databricks Autoloader with schema evolution & checkpointing
• Develop Structured Streaming pipelines with watermarking, late data handling & restart safety
• Implement declarative pipelines using Lakeflow
• Design idempotent, replayable pipelines with safe backfills
• Optimize Spark workloads (AQE, skew handling, shuffle & join tuning)
• Build curated datasets for Databricks SQL (DBSQL), dashboards & downstream applications
• Package and deploy using Databricks Repos & Asset Bundles (CI/CD)
• Ensure governance using Unity Catalog and embedded data quality checks

✅ Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

1. Databricks & Delta Lake (Advanced Optimization & Performance Tuning)
2. Structured Streaming & Autoloader Implementation
3. Databricks SQL (DBSQL) & Data Modeling for Analytics

Must have exp in Django. [ Mandatory]

• The ability to problem-solve and critically think.
• High level of knowledge of Python and the Django framework.
• Familiarity with event driven programming as well as the MVC.
• Good understanding of SQL databases.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with our team of developers to design and build innovative Android applications.

3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and usability of our apps.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
5. Assist with the documentation and maintenance of code repositories.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving our app development processes.
7. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the team.

1. Only candidates from technical backgrounds like B.Tech/M. Tech (CS) & BCA, and MCA will be shortlisted.
2. It is important to ensure that you have successfully completed an internship or relevant projects in Android development.

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Position Summary

As a Senior Sitecore developer your focus will be on delivering deep technical solutions for our clients. You will be expected to solve business problems, develop standards and practices, and interact with technical leaders. You will be building solutions based on the latest Microsoft .NET technologies as well as the Sitecore Content Management System. You will be required to accurately estimate scale and scope of work, document requirements, and communicate flawlessly with business users. You will continue to improve your technical skills and knowledge by participating in projects of various sizes and scope. You won't be working to simply solve a problem, but to solve it in a best way.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new .NET based functionalities and applications in Visual Studio.
· Work for customers. In our office, or on-site in their office.
· Accurately estimate the scale and scope of projects.
· Ensure all solutions are documented and meet design requirements.
· Lead and mentor other developers.
· Fully understand and communicate business requirements clearly.
· Architect custom solutions and maintain applications for our clients.
· Good English skills and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment
· Quality awareness, self-motivation, and problem solving skills
· Experience with Design pattern is a plus
· Full development lifecycle experience

Minimum Requirements

· Education – Bachelors Degree
· Minimum 3+ years of work experience and hands on experience on MVC 5.0 related projects.
· Preference will be given to candidates who have any CMS knowledge
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on Sitecore. Knowledge of working in Sitecore on Azure and/or AWS is plus

• Act as a mediator to help manage various tasks, assignments and projects.
• Manage databases and information systems.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

• Identifying requirements, and finding products and solutions.
• Find vendors & suppliers, and get quotations.
• Create pricing and feature comparison sheets.
• Do end-to-end, order management; ordering, order tracking, and quality-check on delivery.
• Manage refund & replacement process including customer care interactions, and coordinating with the finance department.

• Duration Available: for a minimum duration of 6 months.
• Pay: You will be paid a stipend.
• Location Availability: for full time (in-office) internship in Jaipur.
• Education & Work experience: Relevant degree in Business Management. Additional training will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment is preferred.
