- Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation and submission of profiles.
- Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.
- Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
- Submitting quality candidates to our US talent acquisition team with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Responsible for achieving the hiring needs.
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.com.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
