Responsibilities

● Design and develop new features using Full-stack development

(Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product

application in SOA/microservices architecture.

● Design awesome features and continuously improve them by exploring alternatives /

technologies to make design improvements.

● Performance testing with Gatling (Scala).

● Work with CI/CD pipeline and tools (Docker, Ansible) to improve build and

deployment process.

● Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience

Good coding/problem solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.

Time /Training will be provided to learn new technologies/tools.

● 4 or more years of professional experience in building web/mobile applications using

Java or similar technologies (C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, NodeJS).

● Experience in Spring Framework or similar frameworks.

● Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)

● Any experience in front-end development using React/Vue/Angular/similar

frameworks.

● Any experience with Java/similar testing frameworks (JUnit/Mocks etc).

Pre-requisites:

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern development tools (e.g., Webpack, Git) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred.

• Optimizing client and server-side code for maximum speed.

Role and Responsibility – Sales Executive

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending

solutions.

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data

sources. • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Must be

energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the

organization.

About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end to

end process.

• Bridging the gap between end-users and business team
• Gap Analysis for the entire process life cycle to streamline the TAT
• Data Analysis for the marketing campaigns, loan disbursement and ad-hoc search engine optimization lead management
• Liasioning with the customer service team to help resolve any borrower queries
• Working with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth working between the stakeholders in all modes of communication

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation from Tier- 1/Tier- 2 institute
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a multi-stakeholder environment building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in fin-techs, banking, or broader financial services
• Experience in data analysis (Dashboards)
• Good problem articulation & problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good presentation and communications skill

• Locate, identify and track potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc
• Create detailed candidate profile summaries for each candidate presented
• Candidate Experience – ensure that all candidates are well informed on all aspects of the position proposed and are prepared adequately before every interview. Hand hold candidates through offer, on boarding and settling in period at the client Organisation
