Executive Accountant

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Experience with standard front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend services

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

Job Details*

1. Help the process of creating plans/strategies based on an organization's goals and the needs of the desired audience.

2. You will be assisting in the creation of consistent high-quality content that generates demand, attracts high-quality sign-ups and backlinks.

3. You will help our team perform audit of our website and social media accounts, creating and updating a shared editorial calendar. Also, researching for blog ideas and generating content for our blog.

4. Use storytelling and emotion to bring content to life and compel the reader to share. Own and execute the content and social calendar; work with our marketing, design and other cross functional teams to deliver on time.

5. Optimize content for different formats (SEO, SEM, Social, blogs, infographics, etc.) for better consumption and readership.

6. Conduct keyword research, backlink research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

7. Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates) and measure content impact and report the metrics on an ongoing basis.

We would also expect the candidate to demonstrate:

1. An immense degree of critical thinking. Your content will be read by domain experts and you will not be able to write content with abstract opinions and assertions. You would need to back every opinion with either data or relevant experience.

2. The right kind of tone and energy. We like to use an informal/fun tone in our content. You would need to come in with the right attitude and the right energy to be able to match our tone/writing standards.

3. An attitude for perfection. You might have to go through several iteration cycles and would need to demonstrate wilingness to accept feedback. We need someone who accepts feedback with positivity.

What will you do at Glint?

Customer Success Executive are the main interface for the clients with Glint You will work closely with the client to build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as a trusted partner. You must have a strong understanding of our Customer’s business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals. You will be responsible to drive value at every juncture of the client's journey- from on-boarding to expansion to renewal to prevention of churn. 

• Work closely with the customer to ensure effective and efficient on boarding and drive greater usage/adoption over time
• Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and content and educate clients about the most relevant features/functionality of our service offering.
• Effective, timely and accurate client communications, establishing and reviewing key performance indicators, and active positive engagement
• Developing efficient and effective management plans for clients renewals and up-sells of services.
• Serve as the voice of the client and provide internal feedback to Product, Engineering and other teams on how we can better serve our clients
• Support the resolution of delivery, implementation or technical issues Perform other duties as assigned
• Monitor clients usage throughout their lifecycle to not only identify and prioritize at-risk accounts but also ways to mitigate churn

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end quality and automation independently using agile methodologies
• Translate deep insight of architecture, product, specifications into a robust test plan covering all aspects of testing including functional, reliancy, performance, load, scalability and security. 
• Evaluate & apply the latest tools, techniques and research insights to drive improvements into a world-class data analytics engine
• Develop robust test automation that is reliable and maintainable and provides accurate assessment of product quality
• Integrate test automation scripts into build system for repeatable execution
• Collaborate with other engineering and customer success functions to simulate customer data and usage patterns  to execute test runs, identify and  fix customer issues and make sure that customers get highly reliable, reliant and optimized Dremio experience 
• Analyze and debug customer issues in customer environments.
• Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain exceptional quality and deepen your understanding of the system architecture and implementation

Basic Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field 
• 8+ years of QA/automation engineering experience on large scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding in Authentication, Single Sign-on and Identity Management systems like AWS IAM, Azure AD, Ping, Okta and Auth0
• Hands on experience in testing Role based Access Control Authorization Model in Cloud and Database Systems
• Proficiency in any of Java/C++/Python/Go and automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in integration of automation using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in planning and executing QA/Automation tasks to completion and taking ownership of quality during a set of sprints.
• Experience in designing, implementing, executing and analyzing automated  tests for complex, production system software.
• Experience in analyzing deep product issues and following issue resolution 
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform 
• Understanding of distributed file systems like S3 or ADLS or HDFS and HIVE
• Hands on experience with various Backend/UI automation frameworks and tools

• Ability to create reusable components to automate repeatable, manual activities

• Ability to write technical reports and summary and present to leadership team
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Excellent communication skills and affinity for collaboration and teamwork
• Passion and ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.

Preferred Qualification 

• Hands on experience of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models
