Job Description

We are looking for a versatile user experience (UX) designer who has a passion for building standout designs. The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements, technical capabilities, and user needs. The candidate should be responsible for conceptualizing, conducting user research, interviews, or surveys, and translating them into information architecture, user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. The candidate will also be expected to design, document, and communicate ideas to all the stakeholders. Prior experience with cloud-based SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify design, formulate the problem, and Ideate through multiple solutions to devise elegant solutions.
• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design, document, and deliver information architecture, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Understand and build on the design system for a consistent unifying experience across the entire product line.
• Take complete ownership of the product or function to deliver the final design. 
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for digital environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, preferably User Experience/Interaction design or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in standard design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Adobe aftereffects ( or prototyping application of choice ), and Framer, is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Ability to do extensive research & analysis.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• Keen eye for details to deliver pixel-perfect designs. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting by effectively communicating ideas, designs, processes, and solutions to team and stakeholders.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Graphic designer:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Entire process of visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, brochures, exhibitions and more.

Responsibilities :

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and skills :

• Experience –Should have at least 1 year of experience Graphic Designing.
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Knowledge of UI/UX is a plus
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• A self-starter with prior experience leading UI design on a product team and great attention to detail.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with CTO and product team.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Identify and trouble shoot UX problems.

UI/UX Developer cum designer Job Responsibilities

• UI developers should be adept at Javascript /AJAX / JQuery / Material Design.
• UX designers should have firsthand knowledge of Digital Advertising / dashboard designing with business requirements in mind.
• For both, UX & UI designers with experience in Ad agencies / Native Ads / IAB standards implementation would be a plus.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define, adapt and implement innovative solutions to carry forward product visual direction and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas using prototyping tools eg: invision, after effects etc
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Should have good understanding of aspect ratio, browser compatibility and image transformations
• should possess good analytical and communication skills. Able to write and communicate effectively motivated to work in startup environment

Experience:

• Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in UI UX Designing.
• Must have a Dribbble & Behance portfolio
