This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Retail Business Management Information System (MIS). It involves handling internal communication channels, ensuring adherence to reporting processes and implementing weekly actions based on data insights.

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

·        Own and manage all aspects of the MIS and data systems, including report and dashboard generation.

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, reporting, and timely store projects.

·        Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual target setting for sales and key retail performance metrics.

·        Monitor weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance, and circulate actionable insights and reports to stores and leadership.

·        Deliver weekly retail communications, ensuring clarity on actions required.

·        Support ad hoc data requirements with advanced Excel capabilities.

·        Work with tools like SAP, OneDrive, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

About the Role :

As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CMO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CMO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of the CMO's time.

• Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.

• Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and manage files, records, and documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

• Reports and Special Projects: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates on key projects. Assist in the execution of initiatives as directed by the CMO and department heads.

• Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings attended by the CMO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other team members, providing support and fostering effective communication.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to enhance the CMO's productivity and efficiency.

Job Description:
• Proficient ASP.NET/.NET CORE, Web API, MVC, Entity framework and MS SQL/MySQL is mandatory.
• Experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Angular; web-service: SOAP, RESFUL, MVC API

• Designing and developing interactively Adapting / Responsive web applications using best practices on ReactJs and the latest front-end technologies.

• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS, LESS / SASS.

• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful APIs.

• Participate in complex technical and design decisions for ReactJs projects.

• Ensuring high performance of applications (on mobile and desktop) and providing support.

• Work closely with design teams, development teams and testing teams.

• Coordinate team deliverables assuring Quality and Completeness.

• Unit Testing.

Technical Skills:

• Highly Skilled with proven experience in React 16+ and its State Management tools like Redux, styling framework like Material UI.

• Proficient in CSS, LESS / SASS, Semantic HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

• Extensive experience using JavaScript/ Typescript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, Gulp, Grunt etc.

• Good Knowledge in Rest APIs/ GraphQL.

• Experience in tools such as GIT / SourceTree / Bit Bucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Should have understanding of the agile methodology

• User should have basic knowledge on tools like Figma / Adobe XD and photoshop etc.

Nice to have:

• Nice to have knowledge in Angular, NextJs.

• Nice to have knowledge in Progressive Web Application (PWA), Service Worker and Web Worker, etc.

• Best practices for Website Accessibility (WCAG)

Personal Traits:

• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation

• Work day-to-day with development team, QA testing team, providing expert support to each as needed and appropriate.

• Lead and Coordination experience with critical thinker and good problem-solver.

Education Qualification

• UG: B. Tech / B.E. – Computers OR PG: MCA / M. Tech
