Key Responsibilities

Tender & RFP Management

• Identify relevant Government Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOI and GeM opportunities aligned with the company's capabilities.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial requirements and contractual conditions.
• Coordinate with the Presales, Technical, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals in accordance with tender requirements.
• Track tender timelines, pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, bid submissions, technical evaluations and commercial openings.
• Coordinate for EMD, PBG, tender fees and other required documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in relevant domain
• MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Government bids.

We are seeking an Associate IT Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects on time and within budget. The role involves supporting senior project managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of IT and software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle — planning, tracking, and delivery.

Description: 

We are looking for engineers to work on applied research problems related to control in autonomous driving of electric tractors. The team works on path planning and control to deploy on resource constrained hardware.  

Technical Skills: 

• Necessary Skills: C++, Eigen, Boost, ROS. 
• Solid theoretical knowledge in Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, Control systems, Model Predictive Control, Robotics. 
• Knowledge of some numerical algorithms or libraries among: IPOPT (cppAD), HPIPM would be a plus. 
• Experienced candidates in ROS & C++ projects with no prior control experience willing to apply their knowledge to vision problems are also encouraged to apply. 
• Experience in simulation frameworks such as Gazebo would be a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to formulate math for a given problem statement/approach and prototype in C++. 
• Work in conjunction with other sub-systems for integration. 
• Testing/tuning the controller in simulation and on real-world hardware.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate candidate, who is result orientated, sound knowledge of IT services, with either a proven track record of proposal writing and proposal/bid management in government or commercial proposals. The consultant will be accountable for technical writing for business proposals and managing large and complex proposals as projects.

Key Responsibilities

• To respond to RFP/RFI documents
• Scope analysis and feasibility studies
• To perform bid management, creation of bid plans, schedule, and kick-off packs
• Creation of outlines, storyboarding and win themes
• To create a compliance matrix
• To research and write generic (but technical) content for proposals (for ex: writing a generic solution roadmap for any IT service, but NOT a technical architecture)
• Articulate value proposition and highlight sales messages
• To coordinate with the clients (CXOs) and external stakeholders for inputs required
• Proofread and format documents

Key Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in proposal writing or bid management
• IT services industry experience is must
• Must have managed large and complex RFPs
• MBA, ITIL is an added advantage
• Ability to work under high-pressure environment and deadlines
• Fundamental knowledge of IT services (web design, web development, cloud, mobility, etc.)
• Experience working with government proposals is an added advantage
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
