What we want you to do

• This role will comprise 70% TA & 30% of either functions (Admin/HR-Ops/Employee Engagement) depending upon the candidates skill set..
• Work with different department heads to understand the hiring requirement 
• Curate Job posts on Various platform 
• Recording keeping of resumes
• Maintain database of candidates
• Screen Resume as per requirement of the role. 
• Speaking to potential candidates & explaining them the JD
• Schedule Interviews via online meeting portals or face to face interviews.
• Ensure timely feedback from the interview panels. 
• Keep good rapport with the candidates.
• Closing the hiring process

What are we looking in you

• Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, training, talent management ,etc.)
• Experience with resume databases and ATS
• Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English. 
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

• Technical expertise in the area of development of Master Data Management, data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) applications, big data using existing and emerging technology platforms and cloud architecture

• Functions as lead developer• Support System Analysis, Technical/Data design, development, unit testing, and oversee end-to-end data solution.

• Technical SME in Master Data Management application, ETL, big data and cloud technologies                                                                                               

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical designs and implementations account for requirements, standards, and best practices                                                                                           

• Performance tuning of end-to-end MDM, database, ETL, Big data processes or in the source/target database endpoints as needed.                                                               

• Mentor and advise junior members of team to provide guidance.                                                  

• Perform a technical lead and solution lead role for a team of onshore and offshore developers

Cold calling to the client, Analyzing their requirements regarding the residential properties, scheduling their site visits and take proper followup till bookings of flats

Job Description

• Advising Clients for Commodities and Currency products.
• Calling existing clients for Commodity.
• Passing on research calls and engaging clients to trade

Qualification:

• Min Graduate (Candidate with MBA Degree or candidate with higher study plan should not apply)
• Ready to work in shifts
• Morning Shift- 8.30-5.30pm
• Evening shift -3pm to 12 am
• (Night travelling Allowance will be seperate

Office Location: Goregaon Mumbai

Position description: 2+ years of experience in database development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements from front end applications developers
• Write advanced queries, stored procedures, cursors, functions & triggers
• Conduct code reviews
• Work with high-traffic application servers

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Passionate about sports, Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented.

Functional: MSSQL Development - TSQL, Stored Procedures, & Triggers, Advance Queries, Optimization, Indexes, Joins, Database Design, JIRA.

• Should have strong experience in working Configuration Management area, with tools preferably, TFSVC, TFS vNext OR GIT, SVN, Jenkins
• Strong working experience in tools related to Application Lifecycle Management, like Microsoft TFS
• Should have hands-on working experience in CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment) practices
• Strong be expertise in handling software builds & release mgmt. activities in Dotnet based environment / Java environment
• Strong skills in Perl or PowerShell or in any other scripting/automation/programming language
• Should have exposure to various build environments like dotNet, Java
• Should have experience with writing build scripts, automation of daily/nightly builds & deployment
• Good knowledge in Merging /Branching concepts.
• Good understanding of product life cycle management"
