
IT Sales – Job Purpose
Generates IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
- Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
- Demonstrates IT equipment to highlight product benefits
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Provides technical advice after sales
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
- Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
- Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
- Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
- Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
- Creates marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include working with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. The Facilities Engineer will ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient while also adhering to the government regulations. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and have previous building management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.
• Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Prepare and implement project budgets and time limits.

Qualifications & Skills:
