Job Description 

Role Overview

The CCO will be responsible for the overall creative direction, leadership, and output of the agency, positioning Triton as a creative-first organization.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CCO will work closely with the Co-Founder & CEO/COO and the Board of company Group to drive the agency’s vision, culture, and client relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to influence both internal culture and external creative impact, leading Triton through its creative renaissance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership

• Define and drive the agency’s creative vision and strategy.

Requirements:

• Design and development of digital and Analog electronics for control of high-power electronics systems.

• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

• Collaborative work with mechanical, digital control, thermal design, and manufacturing test engineers.

• Product level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design, and insulation coordination. Schematic & PCB layout design

• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

• Experience with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFETs, and Diodes), gate drive, and protection circuit design.

• Familiar with schematic capture and power converter circuit simulation tools.

• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies).

• Experience in supervision of PCB layout for minimal stray inductance and capacitance, placement strategies for better manufacturability, power/signal plane definition, and EMC optimization.

• Collaborate with BMS HW/FW engineering team to successfully to design, validate and deploy testing tools

Job Description/Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Lead Engineer, you will need to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with a senior engineer to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
