The Technical Lead in Web Development with a focus on JavaScript, Drupal, and PHP will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical team in the development of web applications using these technologies. 6. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members for skill development and knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in web development using javascript, drupal, and php.

2. Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as html, css, and bootstrap.

3. Experience in developing and maintaining drupal based websites and applications.

4. In-depth knowledge of php frameworks such as laravel or symfony.

5. Familiarity with database management systems, especially mysql.

6. Ability to lead a technical team, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

7. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.

8. Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to handle challenges in web development projects.
