Job Summary:

The Lead Mining Executive will be responsible for identifying, extracting, and qualifying potential sales leads using advanced lead mining tools and data enrichment techniques. This role supports the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and high-quality lead lists to fuel outbound campaigns and accelerate customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI-driven lead mining software and web scraping tools to gather and enrich lead data from multiple sources.
• Extract verified contact information, company details, and decision-maker profiles to build comprehensive lead databases.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, and buying intent.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand lead requirements and optimize prospecting strategies.
• Maintain CRM databases with accurate, up-to-date lead information and manage data hygiene.
• Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience 2+ years in lead mining, lead generation, or related sales support roles.
• Proficient in using lead mining and enrichment tools such as Kaspr, LeadIQ, Lusha, Instantly AI, and LeadMine.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to handle Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2C/B2B sales environments, preferably within EdTech or tech-enabled sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies for lead acquisition.

What You’ll Do: 

● Own top-of-funnel outreach: research, prospect, and qualify leads from our ICP (future-focused SaaS brands). 

● Personalize cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls using our playbooks and tools. 

● Book high intent qualified meetings/month with the founder. 

● Run crisp qualification conversations: you’re not spamming; you’re diagnosing.

● Maintain and update lead data, activity, and notes in CRM tools (we’ll provide systems + training). 

● Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, identify opportunities, and close the feedback loop fast.

Job Description

1. The candidate will work on building whatsapp as a communication layer for Heyo.

2. The use-cases include building whatapp chatbot for support, helping merchants to send automated communication to their customers and other chat related use-cases

3. Its a hand-on role, so the person should be good in wirting PRDs, interacting with design and engineering teams

4. The candidate should be on top of the updates by whatsapp and should be able to think of use-cases around it

As a User Experience Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. Working with stakeholders across functions and levels, you'll have impact at all stages of product development. You will conduct end- to-end research using a variety of methodologies, helping us gain confidence in our understanding of our users, their needs and the opportunities this uncovers for our products. You'll be empowered to work with autonomy and creativity every step of the way, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, design, analytics, data science, marketing and engineering to influence product design and direction.

What you will be doing

• Build and execute impactful research plans that provide deep customer insights needed to impact strategy and UX. Innovate and develop approaches to measure users’ experiences.
• Execute rigorous research within complex constraints such as recruiting hard-to-reach audiences, overcoming remote research technology challenges, and adapting approaches to give people of all abilities, languages, and boundaries space to contribute.
• Synthesize and derive insights across research that you will conduct on your own or in partnership with other researchers, prior research, and quantitative data sources including product telemetry and experimentation to derive useful and human-centered insights.
• Build clear and compelling narratives that land your customer-focused, human-centric research insights at the right level of altitude for different partners including engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Continuously inform design and engineering plans using customer insight (qualitative and quantitative). Critical to this accountability will be identifying gaps and customer pain points, as well as potential customer delighters.

What are we looking for

• 5+years of UX Research and analysis experience in the consumer-facing Product space.
• Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, including experimental design, sample selection and recruiting, surveys, focus groups, in-person and remote usability testing, ethnographic field research, and more.
• Portfolio containing work samples representing complex system research and user testing outcomes for web, desktop and mobile experiences.
• Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Engineering or a related subject, and practical, hands-on experience conducting research in technology-related fields.
• Ability to productively collaborate with project stakeholders and teams that are both local and geographically distributed, representing a variety of cultures.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects and connect the dots, to complement the core product and business values.
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively with tight deadlines, and multi-task efficiently in high volume, fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication skills to confidently present to various audience types and seniority levels, and an ability to provide bottom-line insights that help teams realize the tangible value and productively execute on research/testing findings.

2. Has good experience in building Android applications 

3. Experience with the flutter ecosystem is a great plus.

Roles and responsibilities 

1. Participate and contribute in design and development of the core components of the Filo service. 

2. Ensure high quality of software development w.r.t to project architecture, code quality, testing and deployment. 

3. Implement testing frameworks and disciplines as part of every feature development. 

4. Own performance of app in production and implement/push for implementation of systems to monitor, debug and fix an issue in production in lowest TATpossible.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring Informatica components, including high availability; managing server activations and de-activations for all environments; ensuring that all systems and procedures adhere to organizational best practices
• Day to day administration of the Informatica Suite of services (PowerCenter, IDS, Metadata, Glossary and Analyst).
• Informatica capacity planning and on-going monitoring (e.g. CPU, Memory, etc.) to proactively increase capacity as needed.
• Manage backup and security of Data Integration Infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain all data warehouse, data marts, and ETL functions for the organization as a part of an infrastructure team.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

• Proficiency in writing code in Perl/Shell scripting languages
