Position - Backend developer 

Job type - Freelance or on contract 

Location - Remote 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan,create and test REST APIs for back-end services such as authentication and authorization.
• Deploy and maintain backend systems on the cloud.
• Research and develop solutions for real life business problems.
• Creating and maintaining our apps' essential business logic, providing correct data processing and flawless user experiences.
• Database design, implementation, and management, including schema design, query optimisation and data integrity.
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive input, and ensuring that code quality standards are met.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to bring new solutions to our initiatives.

Required skills and experience - 

Must have skills : -

• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• 3 + years of experience in backend development.
• Proficient in Python,Mongodb,postgres/sql,Django and Flask
• Knowledge on nginx.
• C++/C +Cython for creating python modules
• Knowledge on Redis
• Familiarity with using AI provider apis and prompt engineering
• Experience in working with linux based instances on the cloud.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.

Good to have skills :- 

• Experience in node.js and Java 
• AWS and Google cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant email content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

·       Assist in the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including building and testing email templates, managing distribution lists, and scheduling sends.

·       Help in segmenting the email database based on audience preferences, demographics, and behavior to deliver targeted and personalized messages.

·       Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design elements to optimize email performance and enhance open and click-through rates.

·       Analyze email campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and ROI.

·       Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, performing regular data cleansing and list segmentation.

·       Stay updated with email marketing best practices and ensure compliance with relevant email regulations and data protection laws.

·       Support implementing and maintaining email automation workflows, nurturing leads, and enhancing customer engagement.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns.

·       Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·       2 years of experience in email marketing or related digital marketing roles.

·       Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.

·       Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

·       Proficiency in analyzing email metrics and interpreting data to drive actionable insights.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

·       Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email template customization is a plus.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What we need...

• 2-3 years of development experience of consumer products with hands-on experience in designing, developing and testing applications.
• Experience in Swift, Auto-layouts, TDDs and willingness to learn more.
• Well versed with Core Data, Architecture & Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms, etc.
• Passion for finding and sharing best practices and driving discipline for superior code quality
• Working knowledge of Xcode & code signing.

• Design and development of Verification IPs and models for ADAS and AV customers. 
• Understand the Customers’ verification pain points, translate them into technical terms, and propose new features for the product
• Work with the customers on adopting the product, training, helping them address issues

• Deploy verification solution  (composed of a product, language, and methodology) for customers
• Support installation, integrations, and assimilation of new versions, and/or SW packages at the Customers’ sites
• Develop Application Notes, Methodology documents as well as technical presentations
