o Must have minimum 1 yrs. of experience in US IT Recruitment.
o Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
o Must have strong end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience.
o Experience/Knowledge in Leadership hiring will be an added advantage.
o Well versed with various US Tax Terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp.
o Able to work independently with minimal instructions.
o Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
o Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
o Support the business to translate the resourcing requirements into an attraction plan.
o Working with the resources to establish the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment methodologies to meet the demands of the business.
o Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT.
o Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry
o Knowledge on Visa classification terms, rules & procedures is must.
o Must be willing to work in night shifts (CST - Central Standard Time).
o Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
o Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
