🌟 Role Summary

The Executive Assistant to the HOD provides high-level administrative, commercial, and legal coordination support to the Department Head. The role involves managing documentation, contracts, legal correspondence, compliance tracking, meeting coordination, and inter-departmental follow-ups. This position requires confidentiality, strong legal understanding, structured reporting, and proactive support to ensure smooth departmental functioning and compliance adherence.

🎓 Education & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Law, Commerce, Management preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Legal/Commercial Coordinator

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of contracts, legal documentation, and compliance

• Strong drafting skills (emails, notices, MOMs, agreements)

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, emails

• High discretion, attention to detail, and strong follow-up discipline

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🧩 Executive & Administrative Support

1. Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for the HOD

2. Prepare agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and action trackers

3. Draft official emails, letters, and internal communications

4. Coordinate inter-departmental follow-ups on behalf of the HOD

5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive management and legal information

⚖️ Legal & Compliance Coordination

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and MOUs

2. Coordinate with external legal counsel for notices, replies, and case updates

3. Maintain tracker for legal cases, notices, agreements, and compliance deadlines

4. Ensure timely circulation and execution of approved legal documents

5. Support HOD in compliance-related documentation and audits

📁 Documentation & Records Management

1. Maintain structured digital and physical filing of legal and commercial documents

2. Track contract validity, renewals, amendments, and approvals

3. Ensure version control and accurate naming of documents

4. Maintain dashboards and trackers for management review

5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management

👥 Stakeholder & Coordination Support

1. Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams for data and approvals

2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants as instructed by HOD

3. Support in portal uploads, statutory submissions, or client documentation

4. Escalate delays, risks, or non-compliance issues to HOD promptly

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Own end-to-end engineering and delivery for an organisation of ~150–200 people across client-deployed and product-owned engagements.
• Build and develop the leadership layer of Delivery Managers, Software Development Architects, and Solution Architects.
• Own P&L across all engagements – revenue, margin, cost, SOW governance, and contract negotiation.
• Own senior client relationships and lead governance forums (QBRs, steering committees) for top accounts.
• Drive engineering quality, technical standards, and engineer career development across the organisation.
• Establish the operating rhythm – weekly delivery review, monthly engineering review, quarterly client governance.
• Support pre-sales through estimates, proposals, and client pitches, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• 18+ years of total experience spanning engineering and delivery, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record running an organisation of 100+ engineers with direct P&L responsibility.

Good to have:

• Experience running both client-deployed (staff augmentation, embedded teams) and product-owned delivery models in one organisation.
• Technical awareness across Angular, React, .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery (RAG, agentic systems, MCP, A2A).
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira Align, MS Project, or similar portfolio tooling.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification; relevant certifications a plus (PMP, PgMP, SAFe).

Competencies:

• Engineering leadership and technical depth – credible with architects and senior engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
• Strong commercial acumen across P&L ownership, contract governance, and margin management.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation), persuasion, and negotiation skills at executive level.

Power BI Developer(Azure Developer )

Job Description:

Senior visualization engineer with understanding in Azure Data Factory & Databricks to develop and deliver solutions that enable delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.

Ensure code and design quality through execution of test plans and assist in development of standards & guidelines working closely with internal and external design, business and technical counterparts.

Desired Competencies:

• Strong designing concepts of data visualization centered on business user and a knack of communicating insights visually.
• Ability to produce any of the charting methods available with drill down options and action-based reporting. This includes use of right graphs for the underlying data with company themes and objects.
• Publishing reports & dashboards on reporting server and providing role-based access to users.
• Ability to create wireframes on any tool for communicating the reporting design.
• Creation of ad-hoc reports & dashboards to visually communicate data hub metrics (metadata information) for top management understanding.
