Job Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
Pre-Requsities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience.

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CACs
