We are recruiting technical experts with the following core skills and hands-on experience on

Hands on experience on : Kafka , Redis ,SQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Expert proficiency in designing both producer and consumer types of Rest services.

Expert proficiency in Unit testing and Code Quality tools.

Expert proficiency in ensuring code coverage.

Expert proficiency in understanding High-Level Design and translating that to Low-Level design

Hands-on experience working with no-SQL databases.

Experience working in an Agile development process - Scrum.

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures.

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and customer journeys.

Ability to produce low level design considering the paradigm that journeys will be extensible in the future and translate that into components that can be easily extended and reused.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services and APIs.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability.
6. Ensure secure and compliant backend services.
7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as part of the on-call rotation.
8. Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own development, design, scaling, and maintenance of application and messaging engines that power the central platform of Capillary's Cloud CRM product.

• Work on the development of AI and data science products for various use cases. Implement PoCs in Python, and Spark-Scala and productize the implementations.

• Contribute to overall design and roadmap.

• Mentor Junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Innovative and self-motivated with a passion to develop complex and scalable applications.

• 3+years of experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures.

• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high-availability applications. Expertise in using Core Java/J2EE or Node.js

• Work experience with Relational databases and Non-Relational is required (Primarily MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis)

• Familiarity with big data platforms (like Spark-Scala) is an added plus.

• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

• BTech from IIT or BE in computer science from a top REC/NIT.

As the Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge health-tech applications that include high scale transaction processing, intelligent bot based programs and data analytics.

What you need to have:

• Experience in designing and developing applications using Node.js, RDBMS (preferably MySQL).
• Minimum 3 years of Node.Js, 3 years of Database experience required.
• Expertise in at least one of AWS, Google Compute platforms to build scalable solutions.
• Deep knowledge and experience in building complex cloud/enterprise-grade software in the area of IT infrastructure, virtualization, network, storage systems monitoring & manage mentor cloud solutions
• Expertise in writing async code (callbacks, promises, async/await, observables) and publish/ subscribe/ event.
• Experience in implementing and consuming SOAP and REST web APIs.
• Producing and maintaining automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
• Improve documentation of processes and systems
• Troubleshoot existing systems and applications
• Experience in data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Experience in RESTful APIs and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Understanding of data structures and problem-solving approaches, and ability to articulate trade-offs
• Strong fundamentals OOPS concepts, SOLID principles, Data Structures/Algorithms, Exception Handling, Coding Standards, Logging
• Passionate about writing clean, modular and unit testable code
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development
• Good knowledge of Jenkins, SonarQube, Git.
• Proven problem solving skills including debugging skills, allowing you to determine source of issues in unfamiliar code or systems and the ability to recognize and solve repetitive problems rather than working around them.
• Collaborating with software engineers, QA engineers, UX and Design team and project managers

5 years of architecture, design and programming experience preferably in fast-paced dynamic environment

Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of the entire development cycle.

Strong background in Java/J2EE based application

Strong background in Spring/Spring boot based application

Strong background in Microservices based application

Experience working with Apache and/or Tomcat

Experience in transforming requirements to software design

Strong Experience with developing Java SAAS web applications.

Working experience in Industry Standard protocols related API Security including OAuth

Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.

Strong background working with Linux/UNIX environments.

Strong Shell scripting experience.

Working knowledge with Oracle, DB2 or MongoDB databases.

 Passion to stay on top of the latest happenings in the tech world and an attitude to discuss and bring those into play.  Strong agile/scrum development experience

 Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams
