Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with expertise in 3D animation and knowledge or experience in Web3/Blockchain/Crypto projects.

The ideal candidate should bring strong visual storytelling, motion graphics, and design skills to craft engaging content for next-generation digital platforms.

Mandatory Skills : Graphic Design, 3D Animation/Motion Graphics (Blender/Maya/Cinema 4D), and knowledge or experience with Web3/Blockchain/Crypto/NFT projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual assets for Web3/crypto-related projects.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to bring blockchain concepts to life visually.
• Create high-quality graphics for websites, NFTs, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with Web3 design trends, crypto branding styles, and metaverse/immersive experiences.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / 3D Artist / Motion Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge and prior work on Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, NFT, or Metaverse projects.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendar and oversee execution of all visual design projects for the content design team.

• Execute all-digital, video & print communication for Hidesign and Hidesign group of companies–The Promenade, Le Dupleix, Casablanca.

• Areas managed: Campaign shoots, Video & still photography, Video editing, Print media - ads / publication / collaterals / illustrations / web design (experience in UI/UX plus)

•Design of advertisements, in-store promotions & offers, menus, posters, tent cards, stationery design, VM props (involving print media), catalogs, booklets, brochures, e-mailers, banners and web pages for website, online offers

• Responsible for video editing.

   Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.

• Managing the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents e.g., Meeting and interacting with them on regular basis

• Training the financial advisors/agents on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner

• Driving partners for higher productivity and focus on renewals and ensuring that focus is not diluted.

• Achievement of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets as assigned by the manager/organization from time to time.

• Understanding and aligning with company’s policies and ensure full compliance.

• Maintaining the highest level of business hygiene.

• Identifying new approaches to enhance reach and generate more sales in the assigned region.

Desired Profile:

• Education - Full time HSC or Graduation.

Advanced Degree: PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of AI and machine learning.

Deep Technical Expertise: Proven track record of applying advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational methodologies to solve complex problems in various domains.

Hands-on Experience with AI Technologies: Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and deploying AI solutions, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics projects.

Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Data Manipulation and Analysis: Expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets using SQL, NoSQL, and data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark).

• Develop and manage the outreach strategy across various segments of corporate users i.e., MNCs, start-ups, investors. Develop targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users

• Conduct regular analysis of platform usage by companies to determine key issues / insights and suggest actions. Weekly follow-ups with key clients and developing client relationships 

• Independently, pitch the concept, manage follow-up, and ensure leads’ questions are answered

• Support design of key strategic initiatives through analytics and primary research and curation of the company side of the platform

• Managing own and team’s BD pipeline - tracking communications, success rates, etc.
