Handle the deal through different steps of proposal planning, shaping, building, refining, submitting and bid defense. Build the final bid results in collaboration with Genpact leadership and all other partners across G
• Give insights to deal pursuit – such as findings from similar past proposals, industry challenges, and G differentiators
• Support solution development by chipping in to proposal storyline and business case, Tower wise solution consolidation, understanding and supplying to the commercial construct
• Excellent research skills and experience of working on research tools & databases such as Factiva, CapIQ, analyst databases like Everest, Nelson Hall etc. Information and data gathering to insights generation into our - key accounts, markets, competition, Client CXOs
• Detailed market assessment, sizing and market intelligence studies; Regular research into Vertical/Account related strategic/tactical developments
• Identifying client specific issues/situation, developing hypotheses and possible solutions; bring together and research data; develop pertinent and thoughtful analysis; support in communicating findings and recommendations to end clients to drive sales conversations
• Be the strategic partner and help in identifying new growth areas by demonstrating and coordinating with the entire ecosystem
• Enable the adoption and cadence of sales governance. Driving conversations on lead management, Deal and pipeline reviews
• Conducting performance management and analytics to come up with relevant insights for Sales and business Leaders
• Driving demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to generate incremental pipeline and drive net new sales

Responsibilities
• Investment accounting & reporting for insurance entities in scope
• Performs and review accounting functions, and maintains and prepares month-end, quarter-end and annual reports (GAAP & STAT) for assigned asset and investment accounting areas
• Preparation and review of Balance sheet, P&L and Cash reconciliations for Investment accounting entities
• Posting and review of Manual Journals for investment products such as equities, Bonds, derivatives
• Impairment processing as per US and European GAAP
• Working on complex derivative instruments, netting
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting- Statutory and Regulatory
• Working on tools like SAP, FAH, Bloomberg, Business objects (BO) etc
• Regular communication with onshore counterpart via e-mail, instant messenger and telephonic calls
• Mentoring team members, process associates and carries out process improvement initiatives in the investment accounting area
• All deliverables to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)- SLA Governance
• Ensure 100% compliance and deadlines
• Daily journal entries for Investment purchase, sale and cash management
• Monthly accruals for interest, market value and premium/discount amortization

In this role, candidate
would be primarily responsible for design and develop application, create
seamless interfaces taking into account client demands and user requirements.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and
  prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving,
  sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and
  mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to
  core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate
  your designs

• Bachelor of design / Master of design

• UX design experience.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as
  Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin and Zeplin.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a
  plus.
• Ability to work with clients to understand
  detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client
  needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UX design standard
  methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and
  responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD),
  planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid
  prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions
  efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
  design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Experience in UX/Product Design
• Teammate with great communication skills.
• You should be able to clearly articulate your
  design decisions and what problems they’re solving
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals
• Exceptional design skills, production value and
  attention to detail
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual
  design comps
• Understanding of common software development
  practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  in English
• Skill in Adobe products (Photoshop and
  illustrator), and PowerPoint. Experience in Prototype applications is a plus.
