Job Description: Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will lead a dynamic team of Business Development Associates and Executives, overseeing their day-to-day activities and ensuring that they achieve their assigned targets. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Supervise a team of 10-15 Business Development Associates and Executives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

5. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for business development and client acquisition. Implement initiatives to enhance market presence, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

6. Meeting Facilitation and Reporting:

Conduct daily morning meetings to align team objectives, communicate targets, and provide updates on performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

This is the first senior person we are bringing for this role. This person will start with the training program but will go on to build a team and eventually also be responsible for the entire training program + Bootcamp.

We are looking for someone fairly senior and has experience in data + tech. At some level, we have all the technical expertise to teach you the data stack as needed. So it's not super important you know all the tools. However, having basic knowledge of the stack requirement. The training program covers 2 parts - Technology (our stack) and Process (How we work with clients). Both of which are super important.

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or have passion for Teaching/ Providing Training
• Expertise in Data Engineering Space and have good experience in Data Collection, Data
• Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Transformation, and Data Visualization technologies and techniques
• Experience Training working professionals on in-demand skills like Snowflake, debt, Fivetran, google data studio, etc.
• Training/Implementation Experience using Fivetran, DBT Cloud, Heap, Segment, Airflow, Snowflake is a big plus

We are looking for a Backend Developer who has hands-on experience in coding, building technology blocks, help answer choice of certain platform/tech over others, help the team visualise the product with the available resources and assets. 

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and test functionality for the latest app design.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Take requirements and specs from design to development and be the first line of quality assurance.
• Understand user requirements—these apps have to meet real-world scenarios.
• Support the Supersub Mobile application in its entirety, including working on bug fixes and improving application performance, reliability and stability.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in building Java, Node JS applications. 
• Experience in Building Robust REST APIs Using MEAN or MERN Stack. 
• Good programming skills, with the ability to Perform UI testing, Debugging Taking the ownership of the complete lifecycle of a product. 
• Solid experience with Unit Testing. 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
