We are looking for a passionate Solutions Architect with a diverse backend technology background to lead large engineering teams at Simform. You should have a good understanding of software architecture design, backend technologies, and cloud platforms and have experience leading a team of developers.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.
• Helping project teams with solutions architecture, troubleshooting, and technical implementation assistance. 
• Occasionally working as a Tech Lead if the situation demands
• Use your expertise in different tech-stack/languages, tech architecture, etc., to drive improvements in the accuracy, quality, the efficiency of projects. 
• Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions.
• Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project teams' work and provide assistance for any troubleshooting or technical implementation guidance. 
• Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and practiced by large cross-technical teams.

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• Technical background with over 10 years dabbling into multiple technologies and grasping crux of them.
• Significant hands-on experience with Node/Python 
• Experience in building reliable, robust, secure, and high-performance in-production software systems with a large user base. 
• Strong understanding of Cloud (Preferably AWS) and conceptual understanding of CI/CD, and DevOps. 
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
• Exposure and expertise in design patterns and software design patterns in general

Requirements

Your Roles and Responsibilities

The senior product manager will own end-to-end delivery of Synapisca’s AI based radiology products including defining scope, creating wireframes, creating execution plan, product launch, feedback incorporation and iterations. In this role you would not only get to flex your skills but also learn to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This cross-functional leadership position requires you to work closely with the Engineering, Design, Category Management and Marketing teams to bring new products to life.

Primary Responsibilities

• Building and executing new initiatives and roadmaps for retention and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Understand the healthcare market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities.
• Listen to the users on a regular basis and figure out the opportunities to solve their problems.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond which would include liaising with multiple stake-holders.
• Work closely with partners and clients from 4 continents to localize the product builds as per their need and ensure adoption of the new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products

• Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed

We are looking for a computer vision engineer to lead our team in developing a factory floor analytics SaaS product. This would be a fast-paced role and the person will get an opportunity to develop an industrial grade solution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop computer vision solutions for industries (BFSI, Beauty and personal care, E-commerce, Defence etc.)
• Lead a team of ML engineers in developing an industrial AI product from scratch
• Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment
• Tune the models to achieve high accuracy rates and minimum latency
• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding about depth and breadth of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.
• 4+ years of industrial experience in computer vision and/or deep learning
• Experience in taking an AI product from scratch to commercial deployment.
• Experience in Image enhancement, object detection, image segmentation, image classification algorithms
