Responsibilities:

• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Work collaboratively with/manage the UX/UI and engineering team.
• Define a roadmap for the design & development team.
• Explore and integrate monetisation strategies and evolve business models

Experience:

Role Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager – ETL, you will bridge the gap between data engineering, product development, and business strategy. You will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for data integration and ETL platforms, ensuring seamless data flows across our systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for ETL and data ingestion platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of data integration features — from ideation and planning to execution and release.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage product features and backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and compliance best practices are embedded in product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data observability and reliability in data pipelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data engineering, ETL, and data warehousing.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technical or data-centric roles.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data pipeline architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Talend, or similar.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
