Job description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive that will be the liaison between company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers over the phone, by email, or by chat to provide information and services
• Answering customer inquiries and complaints
• Handling customer issues and conflicts
• Escalating issues to the appropriate team
• Good understanding of Customer Support Business

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduates only

- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Knowledge with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with data structure libraries
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools and Best practices.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Ability to benchmarking and optimization application.

• Visit builders, commercial sites, and institutions
• Generate leads and convert into sales
• Present automation and electrical solutions to clients
• Coordinate with technical team for execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Tech stack : Java, Angular JS, Mongo DB, Express JS, Node JS, HTML 5, CSS

About the role 

We are looking for strong experience in understanding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Core PHP, MySQL. Must have outstanding coding skills, Strong understanding of business logic and has a good learning curve. 

Responsibilities

• Basic Knowledge in PHP Frameworks like CodeIgniter, Core PHP, Laravel, Symphony etc. 

• Hands-on experience in Apache, Xampp, and Wamp Servers. 

• Basic CMS Knowledge if any (Joomla/WordPress/Drupal).

• Strong Knowledge if OOPS Concepts in PHP. 

• Implementing Payment Gateways as per project requirements like (E.g.: PayUMoney, PayPal, Paytm, Razor Pay)Capturing values to database, email notifications for pending/Failed and success payments. 

• Knowledge of different Project Lifecycles.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering. 

• Minimum 2+ year of experience developing projects/applications using PHP. 

• Good communication verbal skills along with Process oriented. 

• Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code. 

Location & Commitments 

Permanent full-time role based at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat office Monday – Friday. 

Salary Package

• Skills needed to architect and build enterprise-class Networking storage products.
• Networking Storage Architect must have expertise in Compute, Network, Storage, clustering, and Security.
• Be able to provide technical direction and lead a team

• The candidate needs to be somewhat stable in his career
• Minimum 15years if exp is a must (most of our managers are close to 15 years of experience)

We are looking for a hands-on Android Developer to join our mobile team. The apt applicant must have Android software development skills, a passion for delivering high-quality, rock-solid apps. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java and Kotlin code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

• Excellent coding skills in an object-oriented language such as Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Have published at least one original Android app.- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
