Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Make critical technical and product decisions while collaborating with Product Managers and clients.
• Lead and mentor the development team in coding best practices and modern web technologies.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
• Analyze resource needs, assess project feasibility, and create detailed project plans.
• Represent the team in planning meetings and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and new technologies to enhance team performance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team handling experience is essential.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3-6 years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Node Js, React Js or Next Js, PostgreSQL.

• Hands on experience working with CRM platforms, Third party app integrations or Heavy file processing & Restful APIs.
• You understand that different applications have different data requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute full website development life cycle
• Work with a team to design and develop websites
• Produce clean code based on specifications
• 3rd party API integrations
• Website and landing page SEO optimization
• Site speed optimization
• Troubleshooting and debugging as well as technical and analytical problem-solving skills Database management
• Web/AWS hosting management
• Ability to customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Hands on development on MODX platform and multilingual site
• Proper documentation of the development
• Working in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or high-level of combination of education and experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 year work experience as Web Developer, both front-end and back-end
• Proven experience working with WordPress, MODX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, PHP/Laravel and SAAS
• Good Knowledge of MySQL/RDS
• Familiarity with any of the modern JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular)
• Version control (GIT) and JIRA usage experience
• Experience developing responsive websites
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Strong decision making skills, ability to work under pressure and manage the team
• It will be considered an advantage to have knowledge experience with: Ubuntu/Linux, SSH/Shell Scripting, reverse proxy usage and NGINX/Apache configuration.
