Responsibilities

• Design compelling layouts and visuals for digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentations, case studies, and other client-facing materials.
• Develop original graphics, infographics, and illustrations that clearly communicate our technology services.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure designs align with Devotion Technologies' brand identity and client needs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong design skills, especially in the technology or services sector.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign.
• Excellent IT and design skills with a strong eye for detail, color, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and meet project deadlines.

SEO Executive Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven SEO executive to be responsible for developing optimized web content. The SEO executive's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user friendliness.

To be successful as an SEO executive, you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills. Ultimately, an SEO executive should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, passion for the industry and time management skills.

SEO Executive Responsibilities:

• Improving the websites to increase web traffic.
• SEO will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing overall SEO strategy.

Roles and Responsibility

Create exciting information visualizations enabling the user to instantly understand the data in the right context, spot patterns, trends and relations in a self-service manner. · Collaborate with designers, developers, and external project partners to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences. · Participate in, and integrate feedback from user research. · Define and design use cases, workflows and storyboards describing how the user would interact with easy-to-use, data visualization apps. · Identify all elements of interaction and navigation, and lay them out within a screen so they direct the user without confusion or error. · Create consumer grade usable designs using wireframes and prototypes. · Present your designs in team design reviews as well as to the extended group of internal stakeholders. · Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprint cycles to refine the overall product. · Support marketing activities (e.g. collateral development) around the successful launch of emerging solutions on multiple platforms

• Build enduring relationships with the clients and display an understanding of the client, industry, and business environment.

• Responsible for the P&L of the department.
• Track and review the entire operations process, weighing them against the set business targets in order to determine the effectiveness of any initiatives and implement necessary changes and solutions.
• Ensuring high-quality customer experience with brief understanding and validation to design project development and coordination from concept to execution stages.
• Take complete ownership of projects from start to finish. Manage customer negotiations and payment.
• Work closely with the client and your interior design and execution team to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC (Good for Construction) Ensure the highest level of Design quality along with client satisfaction is maintained.
• Collaborate with the team and be accountable for all deliverables of team members.
• Develop strategic short/ long range plans to ensure on-time project completion.
• Devise project management guidelines, review projects with various stakeholders, coordinate staffing/scheduling, evaluate commercial project contracts, and establish milestones Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with leadership in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity such as developing at least 10 vendors in each category and complete their onboarding.
• Hire and grow the team as per the organization's requirements with Human Resources.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress and obstacles. 
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategy.
• Devise strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize.
• Uphold local governmental policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed for all.

1. Good skill on NodeJS, Angular 4+, MongoDB, and MySQL
2. Having Good knowledge of AWS serverless technologies (Lambda) and other services like EC2, S3 SES, and others.
3. Must be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. Self-starter with the ability to cope with sharp learning curves.
5. Primary: NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, AngularJS, ES6 Additional: Angular 2.x and Angular 4

Key Responsibilities 

Minimum Qualification
