🎯 Role Overview :

We are hiring a Product Manager to build and scale core systems of a crypto exchange, including trading, payments, custody, and transaction flows. This is a backend-focused role requiring strong understanding of crypto and fintech systems.

🛠️ Mandatory Skills :

Crypto exchange operations, product management, payments/PSP integrations, blockchain basics (wallets, gas fees, transactions), APIs & backend systems, KYC/AML understanding.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery)
• Define deposit & withdrawal flows (validation, settlement, reconciliation)
• Manage payment integrations (banking rails, PSPs, on/off ramps)
• Work with engineering on APIs, system workflows, and integrations
• Handle third-party integrations (custody, liquidity providers)
• Define requirements for KYC, AML, compliance & risk systems
• Create PRDs, workflows, and product documentation

As a DBA Director, you will co-lead our global DBA teams specializing in operational support of such platforms as Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks. As a critical requirement of this position, you will partner across all business units to assist with functional design, validation, and deployment of database solutions and technologies. The DBA Director will also partner closely with the other pillars of the IT organization to create secure automation of manual processes while also ensuring better stability and scalability of our backend database systems and associated processes. This role requires an experienced technically minded leader that is looking to evolve and improve internal teams through continuous skill-building and facilitating camaraderie. Responsibilties

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of our AWS platform services and automation frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, and GitOps workflows.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• Infrastructure as Code: Expert in Terraform, AWS CDK, or equivalent for building production-grade IaC.
• CI/CD & Observability: Strong experience with GitHub Actions and observability stacks (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Security & Governance: Demonstrated ability to implement governance guardrails (SCPs, AWS Config) and enforce least-privilege access.

Requirements / Experience:

• 1-3+ years of PHP application development experience
• Strong Experience using Laravel/CodeIgniter/ Symfonyframeworks
