• Work closely with partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

• 2 -5 years’ experience in recruitment (IT recruitment plus)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Familiarity with job boards

PHP Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Gathering & Understanding customer requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Write clean, well structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.
• Work independently and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional programming skills with strong fundamentals in OOPS, MVC and ORM.
• Good knowledge of PHP, Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, zend, Shopify, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON and Rest APIs.
• Proficient with code versioning tools like GIT.
• Must have experience in payment gateway, video streaming and image manipulation.

Responsibilities

● Having in-depth knowledge of the Unacademy products

● Build a network of student ambassadors and influencers across various colleges in the

assigned region.

● Onboard student ambassadors and influencers across various colleges & institutes.

● Ideating and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with student ambassadors

in onboarded colleges.

● Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly targets

● Become a primary contact between the Unacademy, campus ambassadors & students.

● Address queries of the students about the product and services we are offering.

● Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory

Requirements and skills

● 6 months to 4 years of experience in field sales.

● Should be able to maintain a good relationship with the clients

● Ability to mentor and train students

● Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying customer needs

● Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

• Edit and produce online marketing campaign strategy and content while working closely with web designers on page layout, content organization and graphics.

• Manage a project from start to completion.
• Independently research subject matter.
• Self-educate through engineering documentation and product use.

Must to have:

• Qualification in BA/MA/ BMM OR any postgraduate in Copywriting/Copy crafting.
• Must have a strong portfolio of live work which must include creative copy written for websites and other digital collaterals.
• Clear, concise and compelling copywriting and editing proofreading skills.
• 3+ Yrs of experience in Digital Marketing

• Express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.
• Assisting higher executives.
• Working directly with customers handling the documentations.
